"The restaurant is very spacious and the seat is very comfortable. the service is also good. I loved the rolls we ordered, and the laska and fish curry taste yum. the only reason why it is 4 stars is served because of the timeliness of eating. the starter arrived very fast. then within a few minutes later, the last arrived. but the curry didn't arrive until I almost finished my main course."

"The foods provided are of good quality. But diversity is limited. Booked thro Opentable with the price of HK$6xx. Before the buffet started, we were informed that the price is HK$9xx.(normal $7xx $200 for Crab special). Finally, they gave us 15% discount, which is hardly acceptable. The extra drink is of poor quality. Dessert is average. But you get Abalone, Lobster, Sea Gurke, Taube and Fish Maw, which are expensive items in Chinese cuisine. Recommended for those who like the food items listed above. If you want excellent dessert and other Chinese hot dishes, look somewhere else that can be better and cheaper."

"The buffet was very tasty and the price very worth. the appetizers are first brought to their table before they get their food for the main course. there are many appetizers, so it is very filling, even before they go and bring the rest of their food. However, there are very limited choices for the main buffet course, so I would suggest checking the buffet food on the way to your table before actually choose the buffet."

"The draw of Social Place on the 2nd floor of the L. Place on Queen’s Road Central is reportedly modern and healthy Cantonese fare using fresh and high quality ingredients with no MSG. Had one of their set meals for dinner that was reasonably priced and the food was at least average or better. Sadly, the experience was spoilt by the poor service and attitude of the staff. Won’t be recommending this place to anyone."
