"I was outside the cafe last Saturday, December 18, 2021 at around 6pm, checking if the store was still open. Only to see something that made me vow to never comeback in this cafe. I saw how the crew was kicking around a mouse until it was dead. The worst part was that they played with it's dead body like a soccer ball, grown men in red and white shirts, laughing around while kicking a dead mouse within the cafe premises in front of the cashier. The walls was also see through and everyone outside the place saw what happened and was voicing their disdain. It was just disgusting and inhumane. I do not know how well the management handled the incident, if they acted on it, but as a long time customer, it was very disappointing. I would no longer be recommending pop rock to other people after what happened."
