"Der Service war unglaublich gut, unsere Kellnerin sehr charmant und zuvorkommend. So guten Service haben wir in anderen Restaurants der Gegend bis jetzt noch nicht erlebt. Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Dieses Restaurant ist unter unseren privaten Top 3 der Umgebung. Wirklich empfehlenswert ."

"Das Ambiente im neuen Rhodos strahlt muffigen Mittelmeer-Mix aus, der uns zugewiesene Platz ist nicht gesäubert, ohne Servietten, mit fleckigem Tischtuch und Besteck. Samstag um 8 Uhr ist der Laden voll. Viel Personal unterwegs, z.T. linkisch baim Service. Ouzo ist gut, aber besser wäre er im sauberen Glas. Nach 30 Minuten fragt der Capo nach, ob wir schon Salat bekommen hätten. Gleich darauf folgt ein kleiner langweiliger Eisbergsalat. Das Essen kommt nach 50 Minuten, der Capo sagt, das müsse samstags so sein, schon, damit die Gäste mehr trinken. Jetzt kommen auf Nachfrage auch Servietten. Die Gerichte waren von guter Qualität, gut zubereitet, gut gewürzt.Trotzdem würde ich nicht wieder hingehen, Das Auge isst schließlich mit, und Sprücheklopfer wie der Capo unterhalten mich nicht."

"On the return journey from the summer holiday we heard traffic radio, of course Hamburg was again dense, and after traffic news about 75 minutes await delay. Since noon we all had a little hunger and no desire for endless traffic, we decided to drive down from the highway and look for a nice place to return. If we did, we ended up in Itzehoe. Since many locals have not opened at any time, but only opened in the evening, other farm holidays, we tried our luck in the pedestrian area of Itzehoe. The Japanese restaurant Masuta is located at the beginning of the pedestrian zone. Friendly and bright with floor depth window, it is recommended from outside. Inside we were kindly greeted and allowed to choose the table where we wanted to take place. The interior is, as in most Japanese locals, rather reduced, dark wood furniture, much black and red, large beautiful counters, modern ceiling lights, on the walls Asian paintings and large photos of the Japanese landscape. The tables were tastefully covered and also the menu was good. In addition to a wide selection of sushis, sashimis, mackerel, nitrilris, tempuras, California Rolls, unagis......... there are some bowls and for friends of hot boiled/fried food you can prepare soups and pasta dishes. At noon from Monday to Friday there are discounted bentoboxes to take or eat locally. We ordered during our visit: Seetangsalat with roasted sesame wonderful, I don't come by when he is somewhere on the map. Masuta special 52 different sushi, sashimi and nitrites with salmon, tuna and shrimp, with yakitorisauce and soy sauce, ginger and wasabi all decorative presented on a dark slate plate, very tasty and even very lush for 2 people.
