"Maria Isabel is a great restaurant in many ways. The staff are friendly without being intrusive. (If you like your waiters to interrupt every 5 minutes you won't like the service). The food is good and there's a wide variety to choose from. The location right next to the lake is delightful and the occasional musician is a nice touch. All in all a relaxing place to visit, eat, and enjoy a good drink."

"We visited Pizza Rustik because we saw that it had high ratings, but who the reviews on how great the pizza was never had real pizza. The restaurant is clean, and open air, with seats made of old wooden pallets that are extremely... inconvenient. We ordered their BBQ Chicken Wings, and a large pizza with tomatoes, salami, sausage black olives. I also asked for Pepsi Light, but they don't sell it. The BBQ wings arrived and they are definitely delicious. Then the pizza and my wife came and I laughed when they arrived. The sausages are undercooked turkey hot dogs, with a kind of teastlest salami. The pizza dough is the type that is prefabricated, and like most pizzas in Mexico, the cheese is NOT Mozzarella, but teastlest Monchego. The wings were very good and ordered a second order. The owner came to say hello, and I say most, he is one of the most friendly owners we've met for a long time. And he speaks English. I highly recommend going for the wings. "Lovely view and ambience. Great Service. The food experience varies from good to very good, could use better consistency. The chef likes to experiment with new concepts. Which I love, but within limits. At breakfast a friend ordered a side of bacon and received bacon ice cream. Interesting flavours, but she really just wanted bacon. My jugo verde was to die for delicious one week, the next was completely different and ho hum. Maybe a different chef that day? Perhaps the chef could judge his customer before experimenting on them. A young couple from the city would probably love the bacon ice cream, but an 86 year retiree will want bacon."
