"We had dinner here 3 times during our vacation. The food was always very good and extremely inexpensive, including both the open house wine and the bottled wine. In addition to the a la carte dishes, there are also several daily specials. The service is quick and friendly. Of course there was also the usual free dessert here, e.g. fresh regional fruit and raki. The lack of beach view is tolerable, given the authenticity Ambience, and it was already dark at dinner time. "I suspect bad reviews will be deleted as there are generally very few compared to other tavernas in Kalamaki. But I'll try it anyway. Unfortunately, the food here was the worst we had in Kalamaki. Squid is served here like this: Whole animal, grilled, completely tasteless, underneath olive oil, next to it chips in olive oil. Very strange dish...unfortunately it didn't taste good at all and actually consisted of only two ingredients drowned in oil. Nothing against good olive oil, but unfortunately that didn't fit at all. I also strongly suspect that the fish was frozen. The service was very fast, although we were the only guests (in the evening, around 6:30 p.m. . At the end, instead of being asked, there was cake with ice cream for free on the bill instead of raki."
