"The ambiance of this restaurant is great. We enjoyed the food here so much so that we returned again with family. The second time we ordered for apps chicken quesadilla (ordered both times so delicious); entrees: chicken shrimp fajita (Shrimp were soflavorful but the chicken needed salsa); steak fajitas (hit or miss in terms of cook); carne asada (delicious); carne asadaburrito (delicious); dessert: deep fried ice cream (the coating seemed overcooked but was edible). Chicken fajitas pic fromfirst visit shown."

"Driving around the Historic Filipinotown we found this restaurant. We order the following dishes: Tocino Pastor bowl added the fried egg on top. Delicious! Talib Kawali the Chimichurri sauce adds a touch of freshness to the pork! Lumpia theveg. ones are crunchy and creamy, with the vinegar sauce has a great balance! We also ordered the pork lumpia with the sweetsauce. I liked the veggies ones better. Cantaloupe Agua Frescas very refreshing, I loved the shave cantaloupe added in thedrink Pandan Horchata very sweet and cinnamonny! Great ?dessert? drink."

"Lovely stall! Cash or else pay cc fee). There's a stall next to it that sells pandan sweets. Went around later afternoon and the skewers sold out, but they also have coconut water and other packaged cookies. From the metro: you kind of walk down a sketch fenced up road old schoolbus yard I think) and then turn left until you see C-LAX sign, turn to the left there'd a Thai cafe) and the stall is in the parking lot. The market across is a wholesale market for Asian goods esp produce) and is open to the public. The coconut cakes! Yummy. Definitely agree with the review of taking it home and air frying. I was expecting them to be chewy, but they're actually like a solid melty form of coconut milk. There's a thin crisp layer outside. I feel you get a decent amount for $6 and it's made really fast. There's not really much seating area to eat. So I would probably walk back the 10-15 min."

"My husband and I went to Morton 's for a change because of DineLA Restaurant Week. Turned out to be more expensive and not as good as both Flemings and Ruth 's Chris, so I doubt we 'll go back. We were shown to our table and the hostess put two menus on the table, which turned out to be a cocktail menu and the wine list. No food menu. Our waiter came and asked if we 'd chosen wine ! How do you know what wine you want if you 've not yet even seen the menu? I don 't drink and my husband always has steak, so in our case it didn 't really matter. The selections were absurdly expensive. I didn 't look at it myself but I think my husband said he refuses to pay $19 for a GLASS of wine, which must have been the cheapest. So he chose the cheapest bottle $50 instead. The waiter asked what water we wanted then disappeared. Granted, he didn 't know that I don 't drink alcohol, but he didn 't ask me if I wanted anything. When he returned, I had to ask for the food menu and for a soda. He returned with only the standard food menu then disappeared again. When he returned I had to ask for the Restaurant Week menu which eventually arrived. We made our selections, me off that menu and my husband off the standard menu as he didn 't want an appetizer and I don 't eat dessert special menu included appetizer, entree, side and dessert . So I ordered the prosciutto mozzarella wraps, pork chop, garlic green beans and key lime pie for $65. Hubby ordered the New York strip and spinach with button mushrooms. Those together came to around $80. The food The appetizer was delicious. Not really what I had expected and most flavorful. Pork chop was good. Very big and nicely charred on the outside but moist within. I took over half of it home. Garlic green beans didn 't seem very garlicky to me. Like at all. Not much flavor to them. NY strip was just okay. Nothing special. Tender, but not amazing flavor. Spinach and 'button ' mushrooms were tasty, but the buttons must have come off a giant 's coat as they were rather large mushrooms! The key lime was taken home and was nice enough, but nothing special. The first wine selected wasn 't available, so he had to choose another. Was nice enough for a $15 bottle, but it cost $50. Overall, service was ok, pleasant wait staff, but what 's with the whole 'blood out of a stone ' menu thing? In my opinion, you get very much more for your money at both Flemings and Ruth 's Chris. In particular, the Tomahawk at Flemings and the Filet at Ruth 's. And their wines are much more affordable. And they give you the menu immediately!"

"Great, welcoming staff, wonderful (very speedily-served) food drink, well-appointed showers (with surprisingly good water pressure). The shower facilities need a place to put bags, etc. while showering. Speedy wi-fi; easy access to the lounge from TBIT or the AA terminal. Tremendously clean restrooms. Solid selection of snacks wines, coffee, water, etc. throughout the spacious lounge. Seating lighting is a little odd and poorly considered for people needing to get work done on a layover or before a flight, but there is the option of one of two small office rooms that are well-equipped with a desk and chair (albeit covered in crumbs, like the floor, on this visit) for using a laptop. Highly recommended, and worth arriving early or planning a longer layover to enjoy."

"Our visit to Urban Plates in Manhattan Village was a great experience. We were very impressed with the quality of food, friendly service, clean location, and great atmosphere. My Chimichurri Grass Fed Steak was delicious and did not disappoint. And my Lemon Berry drink was also very refreshing. The restaurant manager was very friendly and ensured we were well taken cared of. Thank you for a great night!"
