"Was asking for dessert and stopped at this place with my brother. I am vegan and surprisingly there were three aromes that were vegan! I have the cookies and cream taste and it was so good! to add the experience, the coworker nate m was very, very jovial and had a very warm customer service delivery. he answered all my asking those toppings with excitement and a real smile. overall made for a large end of the day memory. will definitely go back and promote to others! Many thanks to froyo factory and nate for a great experience!"

"Been here several times, always got chicken Alfredo., Cole slaw garlic bread. Today portion a lot smaller, however prices the same. Cole slaw didn't taste right. When checking out girl at register got a bad attitude when we mentioned it didn't taste good. All three of us left ours behind. Tasted old, or like beginning to go bad."

"For my partner’s son’s bday, 4 of us visited Elixor for dinner. My partner, son and daughter had all been many times and given me very good reviews of the restaurant but now was time for my own opinion !! A warm welcome, but...an immediate issue, my UK vaccine passport QR code did not recognise on their QR reader. The manager quickly intervened, he was very friendly and polite, understood the situation and resolved the matter, wishing us a pleasant evening. Seating is comfortable and the layout of the restaurant works well. We shared the VIP starter all good. Calamari exquisitely to my taste. Now being from London, England I have eaten a lot of Fish and Chips in my life ! I ordered fish and chips for my main meal and I honestly say the fish was exceedingly good. Everyone commented on how good their mains were. AND big portions too. However saying all of the above there was one more cog in the wheel of Elixir that was above and beyond expectation. The service from our waiter (and I apologise I did not get his name) was just incredible. I am a restauranteur myself and the gentleman who looked after us last night was a credit to the industry and a credit to himself as a humble person. Thankyou Elixir. Andy L"
