"I come back after several years, with my companion this time for whom it is a discovery. Very good reception from the staff immediately who leaves us the choice of our table. We choose the 4 services menu. In mouth, a small lobster with a small sauce, which for me was rather a kind of teriyaki than balsamic, but in all cases delicious! The sweet taste of the sauce was marvelous at the terrine. In cold entry, I took the tartar of Black Task and my companion the carpaccio Toscan. The two very good but still a preference for the carpaccio that was well refreshing. Tartare very well but the flavors did not come out enough. In hot entrance, we took the open ravioli and the calf risquette. Presentation of the really nice ravioli, its rather original plate, but not at all practical to eat with a fork and a knife. Okay, but a little salty on the end. That's great. Very scented and crisp. In turn, we had a crown of crust lamb and tagliata. Perfect cooking of both meats,just stirring as needed. Melt meat, very pleasant to eat. Cooking potatoes and vegetables just to point, perfectly crunchy beans. For dessert, we left on the tiramisu and strawberry salad. Tiramisu, the biscuit was too strong for me, really intense taste despite the mascarpone cream. Salad of strawberries somewhat disappointing, I expected something else, but still very good and refreshing. I took a little digestive, a coffee liquor that I discovered at home.Very soft despite its alcohol content. It's a good time. The room boy was really at the top! Very nice and smiling. Hat still to provide room service alone all night. It's very hot! The first time I had come, it had also been the case. Otherwise, good place where we will return."
