"Called in for lunch, following friends ' recommendation. Pleasant welcome from the proprietor and a short explanation of the lunchtime menu which consisted of a buffet style entree, a choice of several main courses and a range of desserts. Wine and coffee were also included...in the price of 13 euros, representing excellent value. The buffet offered a wide choice of dishes patés, salads (both vegetarian and seafood) eggs etc etc. We sampled several all were very fresh. We both chose parmentier de canard forestiere for our main course, which was very tasty. Desserts were a creme brulée (rather ordinary) and a chocolate mousse, which was excellent. Service was friendly and efficient. I 'm sure we shall return."
