"Tesco cafe is beautiful and standard with many seats and eating is okay for the price. The turkey panSpecial was delicious and was presented on a beautiful wise and hot. the caffe sells some selection of hot dips and drinks as well as a selection of fruits, drinks that she would get to go from the lunch aisle for eating. my chocolate salted caramel brownie dessert was also very tasty, but I would like to have some cream or custard as option. overall experience was okay and I would be back for another fast bite."

"Visited for high tea with a voucher but standards very low. On entering there is no ambience and the place feels bare and stark. There was very loud music playing from a speaker making the place feel like a nightclub and we had to ask for it to be turned down as we couldn't hear ourselves talk. First waitress took order for drinks and we had to repeat ourselves as she got it wrong it was only 3 coffees, 1 tea and 1 hot chocolate. Coffee like dish water and lukewarm warm. Chocolate instant made with water and not stirred properly. High Tea when it arrived was poor what appeared to be value sliced bread with one slice wafer thin processed meat. Cakes were mainly Mr kipling box cakes and 4 quarter pieces of scone between 5 people. We paid extra to add a 5th person but not sure we got the 5th portion? Very disappointing."

"Met with my best friend for a meal to celebrate my birthday and booked a table for early evening. We were made to feel very welcome and shown to a nice table near the back of the restaurant. Although it was only 6pm, within the hour, most of the tables were taken. You can bring your own wine for a small corkage fee. The menu choice is really good without being overwhelming, ranging from pasta and pizza to fish and steak. The prices are also very reasonable. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We shared a starter, then I had a risotto and my friend had a lasagne. We also decided to have a dessert and again, the choice was really good and there was something for every dietary requirement. Would highly recommend this lovely restaurant but would suggest booking a table in advance."
