"I'm compelled to write my first ever review of anything after our meal this weekend. I had a large group there for my surprise engagement dinner and they crushed it out of the park. The pasta was a 15/10 as always but we can't understate the amazing service, they made the whole night perfectly worry free. A giant thank you to Locanda for a fantastic meal."

"First of all, this is my first time in LA. My boss who I was traveling with raved about this place but he has never been. Very cool environment without both outdoor and indoor seating. The very cool thing is they have a QR code on the table that you can place your order and pay directly from your phone. Once you place your order, whether food or drinks, they come out pretty quick! For a bar, the food was actually pretty good. The Brussels sprouts were good and had a very smoky flavor. The broccolini was also pretty tasty along with everything else. And they have a gift shop that has some pretty high quality items. Overall, good food, good service, have to give them an A!"

"Food is well presented, not high-priced, and service is good. Avoid it on weekends, they are very busy. Make sure to pay for automated parking before you get on your table. I had full meal with my wife, including wine, appetizer dessert and coffee. I especially loved the Auberginen-Appetizer called BABY MELANZANE ALLA PARMIGIANA. I had done the salmon well and asked for extra roasted potatoes. The food was a bit salty, but I wasn't mine."

"Modern Italian spot in Venice with dark, moody vibes. Street parking along Washington or in one of the residential neighborhoods. Credit cards accepted. Reservations accepted. Indoor and outdoor dining available. Gendered restaurants available in the back. There’s bar seating as well. It’s a good spot for a date night or to have a nice meal with the fam. I came here per the recommendation of a former colleague, who called this restaurant his favorite in the West side. Definitely get the squid ink calamari. The ink adds an extra level of saltiness, but it’s not overbearing. The meat was soft in the inside and the batter was lightly crispy. The pastas we ordered were all on the smaller side, but the pastas’ textures were top-notch. The rigatoni was my favorite, with a red creamy sauce. The cavatelli had Italian sausage and my dad really liked it. The linguini with clams was garlicky and also very creamy. The lasagne is a very heavy option, and you’re likely to have leftovers for this particular dish."
