"Had lunch in here big mistake barman was surly and food was pretty awful. Kids cheeseburgers were no better than cat food plus they burnt the burger buns but still served them. Potatoes on the salade champagne were uncooked. Should have read the reviews and steered clear."

"This place is a fantastic spot. The fresh water lake is so vast it has its own tide. Clear blue water and lovely sand. Lots of boats to hire at a reasonable price. You can park your car or motorhome on the road right next to the beach. I had been to St-Tropes the day before and was disappointed with the beach and the absolute disapproval of motorhomes in the area. NO PARKING FOR MOTORHOMES!. I stayed at L'Oréal d'Orient camping ground with my motorhome but spent all my time at the lake. I will be back here for a 2 or 3 week stay next year. Worth the trip."
