"Sunday evening in Montlouis-sur-Loire with our fussiness and year old in tow. not much is open! this was the best “home cooked” meal that we had traveled to weeks through Europe. my children ate every one of their scary and steaks and...Gemüse (and frit) and we felt completely satisfied with our selection of typical French comfort meals. the owner is fully committed to good service, good eating and customer satisfaction. would recommend this simple, good price, family-run restaurant. oh, and the children can be entertained for hours with the table football! bon appetit!"

"A wonderful restaurant in the Loire Valley. We had a bottle of Sancerre and shared some appetizers (smoked haddock and caviar, foie gras, garden vegetable mix, and the cheese plate). Showed up without a reservation but was seated quickly. Elegant but not stuffy space. Excellent...presentation and execution. Ample street parking and right next to the Loire River. Menu is in both English and French. Would definitely go back."

"C'est un ancien relais routier qui vient d'être repris...Le chef a du métier; ça se sent dans la présentation et l'arrangement des plats.Tout est bon et pas très cher pour cette qualité....On a aussi adoré les burgers raffinés dont le Burger à l'italienne.Je recommande pour changer ses habitudes et se laisser surprendre."

"Accueil très sympathique, entrée assez originale, plat central bon et en quantité suffisante . Seul petit bémol , les desserts sont un peu trop standard. Adresse tout à fait correcte dans un lieu agréable et le prix du repas du midi se situe entre 14 et 15 euros : que demander de plus pour ce prix là!"

"Un des meilleurs restaurants auquel j'ai mangé, sans aucun doute.Accueil très agréable, personnel à l'écoute et très serviable. Le service rien à redire. Nous étions placé à côté de la cheminée. Le repas était vraiment excellent, nous avions pris le menu complet à 50€ chacun. Aucun regret. Je conseille vivement cette expérience pour découvrir de nouvelles saveurs."
