"We have come to celebrate our wedding at the Holy Barbe, and what to say! It was perfect the piece perfectly prepared with the wine of honour with charcuterie, sofa and punch, followed the meal with beef and steam cooked salmon with saffron sauce a marvel after my guests, we continued with curry pork with very tasty rice! To finish with the mill that was simply divine. Not eco-friendly, sweet little really very delicate! Of course, I wanted to thank Chef Vincent for his hospitality and professionalism for his unwavering adaptation and his qualities as a cook who are no longer to prove. And of course to our charming and very courageous Carole who was able to keep his energy and availability throughout the evening!
