"A great discovery. We came for the first time and we'll be back. the deal has been very good, attentive and kind. the cachopo was good, with a lot of flavor and homemade potatoes. We ordered some shrimp to the chin, the abundant lid and the big shrimp. It's been a pleasure."

"Quince Nudos has the most delicious food, wonderful ambience, and attentive staff. We dined with them each night while in Ribadesella. Bruno, the owner and chef, and Sergio, our waiter treated us like family. Each detail of our meals with them were not only delicious, but a work of art. Bruno's desire to use organic and locally raised products is apparent in the taste and flavors of each meal. They very kindly accommodated our food allergies. We have travelled to many countries, and Bruno's dinners were some of the best we have ever had. We highly recommend Quince Nudos to anyone who values quality food with attentive and caring staff."

"A great place with a nicer view still where to take a cider or eat. In general everything's pretty good. fabada, octopus, rabas, snacks, goat cake, salads, potatoes tortilla. The only thing that fails is dessert."

"Dissapointed. This is the general feeling after having dinner here. I do not think is up to michelin star standard. The location is great with a beautiful view, but the restaurant is a metal and glass with linoleum floors addition to a hotel. which is not great. The music is some sort of electronic relaxing royalty free music that did not inspire fine dinning. There are two menus which are basically the same but changing the fish and meat mains. if there are two menus would expect two different experiences with two distinct food stories, not just beef or fowl, or at least that's what I expect from a michelin restaurant. The food was good, but nothing too special. Again in a michelin star menu de degustación I expect to be wow'ed with most dishes. In Ayalga only two things (out of 10 courses or so) made me smile. When I go to a Michelin starred restaurant I expect to be blown away by the location, the ambiance, the service and the food. In Ayalga everything was mediocre (for a one star restaurant). I wish I had gone elsewhere."

"We went to tis restaurant on review from this site. It has to be one of the best we have ever been to. They do a bargain meal inc. wine which did seem good but we opted for the main menu. hubby had steak excellent....sweets are a treat to behold. great service especially as we do not speak Spanish. helpful staff. great view. defiantly book!"
