"The parking is small and divided by several companies? I was lucky to find a place. Then there was no one on the front, just a sign that said? Please wait outside? It turned out that the crowd before me was a group of 7 waiting for special arrangements and I could have been sitting right away. Not a bad start. I ordered the volcanic rays? the broth was good and correspondingly spicy, but the portions were modest (small bowl with only 3 pieces pork, and no way to add chashu) and the beats were boring (only mushrooms and cramps). I could also say they wanted me out there. You lost my money because they brought me my check without giving me a chance to order Dessert. I'm not back."

"I personally like Phoenix for the convenience and the flavors are usually on point. But today I ordered here for a to go and the order was repeated over the phone, but yet it wasn't complete when I went to pick up. One dish from the order was missing even though it was repeated back. I also asked about portioning, if it were possible to get an order without the rice, but more of the meat, was told no and that it would just be without the rice, same meat portion it already comes with and for the same price it's already set to. That makes no sense."

"I'm not much of a sweets person but this bakery was perfect, from sweet to savory and the right portion of comestibles. l definitely recommend you try when and if in the area. They have many locations, and the customer support was helpful as well. Beautiful pastries and cakes, total art."

"Beautiful decor and excellent service. Very clean as well. Beef noodle soup was okay. Soup was a bit plain and noodles not quite chewy enough. Enjoyed the chili oil dumplings and lucky chicken. Dessert was a pleasant and unique surprise. Overall a decent place for lunch. No wait."

"This place is a welcome addition an area that has few choices for Thai food. We went there on a Saturday, and the place had a healthy crowd that did not translate into a long wait for our food. I had a plate: pork with basil, a perfectly fried eggs and rice. We shared the chicken satay appetizer, which was delicious and not over cooked. This place has great service, ample parking, and delicious food. In my humble opinion, it is heads and shoulders above President Thai. This place is a definite and unreserved 5 stars."

"Reservations aren't require but definitely recommended. I was craving ayce shabu and wanted to venture out for the normal restaurants I usually go to. (Broth Shabu Shabuya) Drove about 35 miles to this location, Upon entering, we were seated in a roomy booth. They offer split pots which I actually prefer because it allows the option of trying multiple flavors. We ordered the following: BROTH (7/10): Tomato Tonkotsu: These were pretty average to say the least. What you would expect and nothing too surprising. MEAT (9/10): Pork shoulder, beef eye of round, beef chuck eye, pork belly, and beef short plate. The meat was fantastic! Just the perfect amount of fattiness and it tasted more on the fresh side instead the frozen. SALAD BAR (5/10): The salad bar is very underwhelming. They didn't offer quite the same amount as most of the ayce places I normally go to. SAUCE (5/10): Also underwhelming. We had to request ponzu and goma sauces from our server directly and they were being pretty stingy with the sauces. I asked for an extra bottle our table and the server had stated that if I wanted more, he'll bring the additional bottle out after I finish the new one. I was only trying to save the server a second trip. Overall, I wouldn't make the trip back to this spot. Besides the meat, the broth and sauces were very mediocre and he service wasn't the great. They do offer an all you can drink option with boba but we were too full to give that a shot. Dinner was $34.95 pp and they do add an automatic gratuity onto your tab."
