"Wir waren schon recht oft hier, mittags, abends, in der Woche und am Wochenende. Meine Frau hat hier den letzten Geburtstag mit der Familie gefeiert.Das Port Cervo ist eine Institution. Das Essen war bisher immer gut bis sehr gut, insbesondere die Gerichte der Tageskarte sollte man sich näher anschauen! Im Gegensatz zu einigen anderen Bewertern kann ich über den Service nur Positives sagen, anaufdringlich aber präsent, höflich und zuvorkommend. Gut, die Laune des Chefs ist tagesabhängig - aber damit kann man leben.Zu empfehlen sind immer wieder die unterschiedlichen Ravioli, aber auch die Fleisch- und Fischgerichte. Dass Nudeln und Pizza in einem italienischen Restaurant gut schmecken ist natürlich klar. Als Dessert darf ich das Tiramisu und die Zabaiglone besonders empfeheln.Wir werden sicherlich immer wieder hier aufschlagen!"

"Die Karte wechselt wöchentlich.Es werden 4 Gänge mit je 2 Auswahlmöglichkeiten angeboten, die man einzeln oder in kleinerer Form alle nacheinander genießen kann.Geschmacklich ist alles genauestens aufeinander abgestimmt und die entsprechenden Weine runden alles perfekt ab.Das Ambiente ist klar und räumlich großzügig, ohne dabei an Gemütlichkeit einzubüßen.Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und päsentiert den Inhalt eines jeden Gerichts.Zwischen den Gängen werden verschiedene Öle zur Verköstigung angeboten, die hier auch gekauft werden können.Reservieren Sie im voraus!"

"Famous for their cocktails, which are unfortunately a bit pricey outside happy hours. But the (mostly Mexican) food is amazing too. "Culinary delights to rewrite the Escargot in Saarlouis. Chez Eric has been a typical French country house kitchen at the top level for decades, and also the cartridge itself, Eric is a French wash that has accidentally hit it in the Saar 45 years ago. So he now prepares dishes in his almost hidden little restaurant, which are not as big headlines as publicists like Maisons, which are simply fashionable, but top-class and authentic they are all. The changing map is clear, but all the culinary offers that I could enjoy so far were comme il faut : oysters or godfathers, perlhuhn or lamb, tuna steak or mussels. Erics Saarland's wife Claudia takes over the service and knows how to advise the guest very carefully, even with regard to the corresponding wine tasting. Many drops prove to be a true secret tip and at very moderate prices that would also be desired in an old town of Bistro next door. The point on the i is the garden restaurant in summer. Between fig tree, kiwistrauch and Rosenstock it is wonderful to eat my only criticism that the restaurant is no longer just for its name. Vineyard snails are not found on the map because Eric is only prepared for himself and now simply lacks time. As a Latin American guest of Escargot, I only know these culinary highlights from listening and look forward to the fact that there are many more costs among the current offers."
