"Nice break on the plateau of the aubrac, close to the village, a very pleasant lunch break in the bouals buron: aligot made on site and good, sausage, pie. possibility of taking local drinks (marcillac wine, handmade lemonades aveyronnaises), in addition and at all for 15€. Very good, nice welcome, beautiful setting, short, we can only recommend!"

"I recommend.The boss of this Buron is very friendly. The aligot is prepared in front of the customers. It is a unique menu with a country ham entry, a beg accompanied with sausages and a blueberry pie, a wine pichet (filled for 2 ) and a coffee.Warning cash only and mandatory reservation. Possibility of a second tour for big eaters.All served in the middle of nature."

"Great service, very helpful staff. We tried to order a la carte, which was a mistake as we ordered far too much. The lovely waitress tried to tell us, but we didn't quite understand. But what we ordered was fabulous. Pate and gizzard salad with...excellent ham and a huge salad followed by another local dish..again huge. I would advise to stick with the menu de jour...it looked fine. Amazingly we could just fit in a dessert to share, which was an amazing tart. Price was a bit expensive...but that could happen if you order mains per person. Also could not see a house wine on the menu, just bottled wine which can add to cost."
