"The setting is very cozy as the restaurant is in an old residence that serves as a hotel also. There is no service a la carte, you get a 4-service dinner for $30. There were 2 choices of appetizers, 1 choice of soup, 3 entrees (poultry, seafood, and vegetarian) and 1 dessert. Food is overall very tasty but this meal plan can be surprising if you were expecting to go inside a regular restaurant.All dishes are prepared with a healthy approach. Poultry was served on a bed of lettuce. Mushroom soup was very tasty with small chunks of mushrooms but not creamy as you usually see. This was great for me but again it is different. The only disappointment was with the dessert. It was a strawberry mousse. However it had more the texture of yogurt and the 2 whole strawberries were thawed frozen berries. A bitter surprise when the area is known for its great strawberries from Ile d'Orleans and they are all over the grocery stores and fruit stands at this time of the year!!!Wine selection is roughly among 5 bottles of white and 5 bottles of red wines. We took the Cardinal Zin which is a very decent wine. Wine prices are the lowest I have seen for bottles in a restaurant!The server seemed very happy to cater to the guests. Bon appetit!"
