"This was the most special place !!! The service was wonderful ,the food was so fresh and special. We had just got into Vancouver and we were super tried and saw this little place on the corner that opens at 5pm. We were the first in that night , it quickly filled up . Such a special time , it added to our memories of our trip. If you are in Vancouver check this restaurant out , you will truly be delighted with it ."

"Such a good atmosphere and great customer service. The lady who served us was very nice and helpful. It was our first time there and she explained their opinions. They were out of few of the stuffs but they had all of the best sellers. The drink was okayish but the cheesecake was delicious. we tried tiramisu drink with same cheese cake and the green tea one Japanese drink) which was okayish. Luckily we went during happy hours. Happy hours start from 3 PM. Perfect location."

"It was a very lovely bread place. Their breads were always freshly made, crispy and have rich flavors as well. I also like getting their sweet and tasty cakes once in a while. To add, their breads also have this unique texture and they looked so amazing. It was such a sweet store with kind and helpful staff. You would definitely enjoy their foods."

"Went here with my friend, food was incredible! nice quiet ambiance and excellent service. lots of great vegetarian options too, i got the geisha girls roll and i highly recommend. my friend got the dragon magic roll and she loved it as well. definitely would eat here again!"

"Good desserts, so so bread. Stuart's makes some great individual desserts. When my wife and I are on Granville Island buying items to make a fancy dinner, we also like to pop over to Stuart's for a couple of their New York style cheesecakes. We don't make whole cheesecakes at home any more because we don't need the calories, but Stuart's single serve is just right. Suitably dense, good flavour on the chocolate variety. I had a caramel topped chocolate mousse last night that had more than a centimeter of dulce de leche layered on it not that there's anything wrong with that! (As long as I only eat one... <br/ <br/ OTOH, I bought a loaf of Stuart's levain bread one time that had good texture, but almost no taste. Boring. <br/ <br/ I didn't know this place had a connection to Max's Deli on Oak and 15th until I wrote this review, but now I can see the connection. I find both places to be stronger with their sweets than their savouries."

"Highly recommend if you want to have a great time eating out. Their food is top notch, and their service is above and beyond! We ordered 6 dishes among 3 of us and the portion was just right. I highly recommend the beef brisket with escamoles. My partner makes amazing brisket already, but this one tops his version with the taste, texture, and sides made perfectly. The only thing is when I came home, I finally realized what escamoles is (ant larvae). So it's for adventurous eater only!Services was also top of the game. They interacted with our little one, offered kids meal, joked with us and replied all our questions with thorough answers and patience. We definitely left feeling 200% happier!"
