"The shaded terrace protected us from stifling heat and allowed us to enjoy our lunch from end to end. For 18 euros, the flat menu has remained (general carriers)... and particularly appreciated! Everything is cooked with care, from the proposed mouth (beet/orange velvet), to the compound plate (the rag, local ham and salad), to the confined bowl on a piperad bed. The dessert taken by one of us was the same level. We feel the employer's effort (reserved and attentive) to welcome its clients. As for the cook, it is the top (or how to easily sublimate fresh products). We'll be back with our eyes closed!"

"Un village perdu au beau milieu du Pays Basque, une très belle demeure dans laquelle on imagine une vie familiale ancienne bien remplie et bien nombreuse, un cuisinier (le fameux Baptiste, motard de cœur à défaut de posséder une bécane!), des mamans des tantes des Manu tout autour pour faire fonctionner la boutique : ion se sent choyer, bichonner, entouré, bref, on s'y sent bien!On mange bien, on dort bien, on cause tout le temps avec les membres de la famille, bref, on est un peu chez soi!seul bémol (mais on n'est pas pour rien entourés de "sympathiques" vaches!) : les mouches omniprésentes..."

"We arrived in this little restaurant by chance. it was on a Sunday and yet sylvie has invited us charmingly. we had no idea that it was the Mother's Day and the restaurant was full. a table was found for us and we were...served the most beautiful set menu of regional food with beautiful wine. Unfortunately, they have closed for the next weeks for their annual holiday, otherwise we would definitely have returned during our stay in this amazing region. I recommend you to look for this beautiful restaurant with its high quality food and charming service."
