"The steak was amazing, one of the best I have ever had, really tasty and cooked to perfection. My wife and children shared a full rack of ribs, which was huge and although not the best ribs I have ever had, they were very good. The staff were very friendly and patient with my poor Spanish, they did not speak any English, but that's my problem not theirs, I was in Spain after all. There was a deal on which gave free starters, but we didn't want starters, as wanted to enjoy the mains, so passed on the offer. To our surprise they gave us our deserts and coffees for free instead. A nice touch from them."

"Great story, mediocre food. For anyone from the UK who enjoys a curry, avoid this restaurant. Flavours are mild, presentation is poor, use of spice is misplaced. As an Indian who has travelled across Northern India, Kashmir and parts of the Himalayas I can categorically say the food is miles away from anything you’re likely to find in the Karakum Valley. Earns a second star because the staff were pleasant and the story is compelling."

"Food is ok at best, prices are high for quality of the food, been in the past nothing has changed other than the staff much better places for less try the Guanchinches la matanza ana and ave excellent wine white afrutado and good meat always busy hence food turn over is quick for fresh when you go and they do not rip you off even if you are tourist which seems to be normal with other places"

"Worth searching this place out is a lovely village on side of hill , set in its own lovely grounds , the view is spectacular looking down the coast and even up to tiede on a good weather day , food is excellent portions very generous , we had five starters to share they were all beautiful , sometimes you compromise food for view but in this case you get both"

"We went several times, thoroughly enjoyed the excellent menus, the welcoming atmosphere and unassuming, kind service. Everything was prepared with great attention to detail and was just perfect: the fish filet we were served was to die for easily the best we have eaten during our 3 week stay on Tenerife, and the vegetarian options (fab home made pasta) were delicious too. Not expensive considering the quality and the spectacular views of the waves crashing dramatically into the rock pools are hypnotising. If you are staying elsewhere in northern Tenerife, it would definitely be worth coming here on a day trip. The vegan restaurant below is great too. The only shame is that both are open only at lunch hours, not in the evening."
