"I think we went there just for the piña&chaya and horchata water, but we also indulged in a lot of food!! And great food!!!I fell in love with the sopa de lima, it's the best one I've had. I also loved the pulpo tostada and the sweet potato cake. The attention of all the staff is flawless, except when a big group of french people hoards the dinning room!!! Super affordable, and great quality!!The complementary tamarind margarita is a delicious way to end a fabulous meal. Good thing my dad didn't like margaritas, so I always had two!!! I think we ate there every day of our week-long stay, either for a full lunch or dinner or just for dessert and refreshments. Both my dad and I LOVED Marganzo."

"Was walking the streets looking around and needed a break from the heat and busyness of around the town and walked by this one. It looked clean and peaceful and had a proper coffee machine. The food menu has mexican and regular cafe type foods. Service and Menus in English or Mexican. The veg quesadilla were a nice break for a small meal for what I was after but also had usual meat items also. It was a great start to my day and was able to continue on happily thanks to this find."

"Went there on a rainy night since it was close to where we are staying. Had fun watching the downpour from our table. Staff is very attentive, maybe even a little too eager but better that than being ignored. Our drinks had been served and we were waiting for the appetizer when in comes this mariachi band that was so loud we immediately bolted for the door to the outside tables. What a cacophony! We told the staff we would not stay if the band followed us outside and they told us this is not something that usually happens there. A private party had hired the band for someone's birthday. The band didn't follow and we stayed. We have lived in Mexico for five years and are used to mariachi bands but this was over the top.The appetizer we had with kibis, empanadas, hummus, olives and tzatziki was delicious and fresh. The pasta was done well but the salad tasted and looked like it was about a week old and slathered in oil. We didn't bother with dessert after that.Pricing is fair. I recommend the service. The place is clean and nice. I'm just a little worried that there are not enough people coming to eat here to keep some food fresh. There were only two tables full, including us, the night we were there."

"At first sight, the restaurant doesn’t show much, but the staff was very friendly and their sanitation protocols were very good! All of their waitresses had masks and face-shields The entrance nachos that we had were very crisp and delicious, tasted very well with their salsa and mayo. Our main dish was a combination of seafood that costs not more than 700 pesos and all the seafood we had were fresh and tasted really good. I have never had squid like I had there, great flavors. However, concerning my drink (a jar of marguerita) it was not as I expected. And we could’ve chosen a better option."

"Be careful with this restaurant. The lady in charge is very rude, especially if there is a problem with the food. Lots of sugar in our beverages which we explicitly asked to be sugar free. When we complained we were told too bad for us. our food looked and tasted ok, but it gave me immediate and explosive diarrhea. My husband fared better than i did, but he too was out of commission for the day. So watch out for this place that purports to be healthy and pleasant and serve fresh clean food. Looks attractive on the outside but who knows what is going on in the kitchen. I can only say from the other reviews of this place that it has seriously gone down hill."
