"Since the restaurant was closed at our hotel, we left this place. Admittedly, we were a little stubborn at the beginning as we were the only guests of our hotel. Whether the other hotel guests knew what they expected? Anyway, we quickly chose our wine and the asparagus card had done it to us. As we come from a very well-known asparagus region, we wanted to avoid the asparagus salad with the in-house speciality: ham in the pastry. In the meantime, a service had also arrived in the restaurant, so that the boss could concentrate fully on the preparation of dishes in the kitchen. But what was that? Ping... short waiting time: the asparagus salad came. On our plates were only asparagus rods in a very aqueous liquid. Another ping from the kitchen and already the ham came? To be exact, two slices. Another ping sounded, and now it really came to the bang. A bread plate was served for us. Brocken, as you know from duck or goose fodder. The pigs also receive such flakes which are mixed under their feed. Very unpredictable, almost like that.... When she was asked by the hostess whether this was her speciality of the house, she became a bit snippy and did not leave any criticism. Shame! Very bad! So I can only say: Lady Wirtin, Gastronomy is something else today. If you want to earn money, you should try to make your customers. Oh, yeah, the treacherous ping is very clear to hear in the guest room."
