"I’ve given a 4 out of 5 here as service was very smiley efficient, the restaurant has character the live Romanian band was fabulous. Really enjoyed the evening. But food was average, my grilled chicken quite tasty, but torched to death. Perhaps I...just chose badly as other courses were better (delicious bean spread). No white wines by the glass, the red by the glass ghastly."

"Cute little coffee shop in Sinaia. The girls working there were really polite, and both the hot chocolate and Irish coffee we had were really tasty and came really fast. The atmosphere is cozy and the music is good. I would recommend it for a...relaxed coffee!"

"Long time loyal customer here. Very cozy restaurant ambience, a wide variety of well cooked dishes, which have been defining Cabana Schiori for so long. An all time favorite dish is pork brain (creier măcelăresc), which has always been one of their best and tastiest dishes. Also,...their pastrami and polenta dish was very well cooked and tasty. 10 out of 10! In terms of coffee, I was more than happy to order a café latte every morning, as it's got a very rich and tasty flavor. Same with their cappuccino! We spent New Year's Eve at Cabana Schiori and had a lovely experience over all. The food was perfect we were suprised by a great dish, featuring venison covered in chocolate sauce, alongside green beans as garnish really interesting flavor combination. We were very nicely treated by the entire staff and in terms of accommodation, again, a 10/10. Room was spacy enough, clean and very warm throughout all day and night! There was also a splendid fireworks show on Dec. 31st/Jan. 1st, a great artistic show afterwards and their music band gave a nice touch to it all. I was very pleased with our 4 day stay. Really looking forward to coming back here soon!"

"The service here is rather offhand but most of the food was good and good value. My partner enjoyed his main and the sides of cabbage and potatoes were very good. My main of chicken stew was some vegetables with 2 not very tasty chicken drumsticks added. The papanasi was really good and the main reason for 4 stars."
