"As our Italian is limited, we decided to book in advance a lunch stop for our travel from Bologna airport to Perugia last year. I found this restaurant on the internet and I sent an email in English asking if we could reserve a table. We received a response quite quickly from Stefano welcoming us in his very broken English. The restaurant is relatively easy to find and there is no issue with parking. There was already a few people dining when we arrived and we were greeted by a lovely lady who too made an effort to speak English to us; we returned the gratitude by replying to her in our extremely basic Italian. The dining tables overlook the beautiful hills and you have a slight breeze keeping you cool whilst eating. The food and service was wonderful at Cerro di Montepetra and we will certainly be making the trip out to visit them again this August. This restaurant certainly was a fantastic find!"
