".... over many, many years, in a consistent quality, with constantly new whistles combinations of seasonal delicacies and modern cuisine that inspired us every time for the new. Therefore, this evaluation is not an instant recording, but the result of different food - at irregular intervals - over the years. during our last visit on a sunny Thursday evening we are in the approx. 3 km from the village “Riehe” and have a place in the idyllic and beautiful farm garden to make the evening sound right with a delicious meal. on Thursday, is always carved in the farmhouse fischer and since - not only for us - there are the best carvings in the wide circle, we have accepted this today's offer and ordered us two different carvings from the map. what we’re particularly good in this scavenger selection is that you can order the scavenger size in “small, medium or large” depending on hunger, but also choose between blackback, brush or calfs back. also the supplements are chosen according to your own taste. all foods are really freshly prepared and even the noodles are homemade. However, special guest-oriented requests are also received without the additional costs being calculated. For example, I like the classic roast potatoes very thin and not necessarily precooked potatoes. on this summer evening we had received a little greeting from the kitchen as usual (see photo), then there was an appetizer in the form of a Schaumburger wedding soup and finally a dessert that could be selected this evening from 4-5 different creations (see photo). All entries were finely tuned and perfectly matched. as always are only the small things that make the difference, enjoy us as guests and ensure moments of enjoyment that remain in memory. very particularly important, but for us the constant top quality is over the years. because you always know what you expect and are not disappointed, and we hope that the existing quality of food and its creative variations will remain in the future. Above all, we would like to mention and praise the very attentive and always friendly service team (e.g. the nicole) that has always responded to our well-being/our desire and whose smiles are not received, but from the heart comes for us this visit on Thursday is always a very special value for money and what is particularly important, it always tastes sweet and tasty. The “Hotel Restaurant, Bauernhof Fischer” has been a family business with passion for almost 40 years and therefore looks back on a long tradition that speaks for itself alone. And it is said that “the tradition is not intended to keep ashes, but to keep them shine” and this seems to happen in the Fischer Landgasthaus in Müll. we had, despite our claims, simply not to contradict and can therefore recommend this restaurant in riehe, 100% and with this confirm the slogan of the hotel restaurant, farm fischer: a jewel of German hospitality in Schaumburger Land ."
