"We went here for my daughters birthday. All started well and the staff were very friendly. Food came out quickly and we were seated near the children's play area which was great for the kids. Our mains came out and as I cut into my chicken Alexander it was still raw in the inside. Called the waiter over who agreed and took it back and then said I could choose something else. I ordered a vegetarian pasta as I felt ill because I was unsure if I had eaten any of the raw chicken in my first few mouthfuls. Waiter was very apologetic. However when we went to pay our bill not only were we charged for the chicken meal that was under cooked but also our daughters who was meant to eat free for her birthday which they knew it was her birthday. When we mentioned this to the person taking payment she couldnt of cared less. Will never be eating here again!"

"Food quality was excellent, service was very good the waitress we had was so lovely attentive. We got several dishes to share which worked well for us. It was very busy the night we dined with several large groups dining so the noise was quite loud but apart from that it was a very pleasurable experience. We would def come again."

"Came all the way over from the Mount and was not disappointed! The platter for 2 was just right and sooo tasty! "The best tom yom goong I ever tasted. later a pop-up to grab a takeaway and get the suppe and a noodle dish. the man was very friendly and helpful and it took only 10 minutes. both were delicious, but wow, the suppe was the best I ever had and I tried a lot. hot, sour, spicy (he really has the level of the seasoned that I have requested) and filled with crumbs and prawns and all delicious. I'm sad from auckland, but next time I'll stop. Thank you!"

"Superb cafe. Food is extremely well presented and tastes as good as it looks. Very good coffee. Large selection of menu items, as well as cabinet food. There is no table service but ordering at the counter is fast and efficient. I'm sure this would be a strong contender for best cafe at the mount."

"On our final day in Tauranga my family and I decided to visit the winery to have a drink and relax. The environment is lovely and the view of the courtyard whilst eating also enhanced the experience. We sat outside and ordered 2 children platters for the kids and our drinks. We enjoyed our experience and would have wanted to stay and have dinner although we couldn't as we had to drive back to Auckland."
