"This place is AMAZING! They have many flavors with so many toppings and sauces. The store is small but it 's very clean and very cool. The service is fantastic and the bathrooms are the absolute cleanest. I go to different stores and the bathrooms are horrible, but this is different. I would come here all the time to enjoy these amazing flavors."

"(name for the order is under Seth B, and date was 10-22-2022 between 12:40-12:50 AM) Need management to enforce ACCURATE pick up times for mobile orders. Don 't need the app telling me 6-9 minutes and my wife and I have to wait almost 30 minutes afterpromised time. I understand how this system works, the longer an order remains queued , will have a negative impact on theperformance for the location. This should not be attempted to be covered up by non-transparency in regards to the fact that theyare short staffed and are pushing orders thru the queue where they appear to be ready, even when they are not. Highlydisappointed. Will make sure myself and everyone else I know stops using the worthless app, since it makes no difference in theexperience. You will STILL have to deal with poor customer service and horrible wait times. Especially if you ordered ahead andthought by some chance your order would get taken care of BEFORE the random 7-8 drive thru customers and 4-5 walk ins who camein AFTER you. Unacceptable. $30, cold food, and a half hour of my life I could 've spent waiting at home IF THE FOOD WASN 'T READYYET! But y 'all got y 'all 's money, right?"

"Napoli's is awesome!! Best Italian and pizza in Terrell yes even with Olive Garden new here) everyone is so friendly and service is almost always great. The bread and house made salad dressing is outstanding. As are the desserts and well really everything else. This is a top notch place to stop in Our small wonderful town!!"

"I hardly ever write reviews but our lunch on Mother 's Day this year (5/14/23) at the Terrell Chili 's still grinds my gears. I always get ribs when I eat out at places that offer them. I smoke ribs and other meat at my house so I 'm very well experienced in BBQ type food, both in restaurants and at home. This Terrell Chili 's is the ONLY TIME IN MY ENTIRE LIFE that I have been sold a full rack of ribs totaling up to 8, yes EIGHT, rib bones. Most ribs have a full 12 bones. My rack of ribs came out cut in half, 4 bones and 4 bones. I mentioned something to the waiter and then the manager came to our table to ask how things were. I told him they shorted me on ribs. In fact, only gave me 2/3 of a full rack of ribs (8 bones out of 12). He gave some lame excuse and then walked off. 4 months later it still doesn 't sit well with me. Not the first or last time I 've left a restaurant disappointed but this location is IN FACT shorting their customers on racks of ribs. Their trick is to take a full rack of 12 bones, cut it in thirds, and give 8 bones as their full rack of ribs. In doing so they are able to sell 3 of their full racks of ribs to 3 separate customers, but it is actually only 2 full racks of ribs being split up and sold to 3 different customers. Shady business."
