"We had a group of eight and went to Enoteca Oberdan on a Thursday evening. It was easy to park in the Todi lower parking lot and take the funicular. The restaurant is just up the street from the funicular terminal. We were seated outside with a fabulous view of the valley. Elsa, the owner/chef came out and greeted us. She personally does the cooking and the meal was superb. My wife had pumpkin flowers which were fried and much like Tempura. Her main course was Penne with cheese and sausage. I had an omelet appetizer and the same penne with cheese and sausage. Since four of us had the penne, it was served family style in a frying pan. It was cheesy and very good. After doling out portions for everyone, there was enough left for seconds, which I, as well as others, had. The service was leisurely, which our landlord told us about prior to our making the reservation. I did not mind that because of the good company, wine, and the view. This is a quaint, picturesque restaurant. I would not hesitate to return."

"John's new restaurant is fabulous. . The new restaurant allows for luxurious indoor seating and beautiful comfortable outdoor seating. The price fix fish dinner was a feast for the eyes and the senses . It was easy to imagine we were next to the...sea with the freshest catches being brought to our table instead of being in the beautiful Umbrian countryside. His cheesecake dessert is a light heavenly composition closer to a mousse, which was the perfect ending with an espresso to a very memorable evening. We will be back!"
