"I thought it would be great to have organic, gluten-free, chemical seasoning additive-free and vegan products at this conscience price. I am surprised that there was such a wonderful place in Toyama. "We took a ten minute bus ride from our hotel Onyado Nono to find a modern plant-based restaurant with very kind people and jazzy music in the background. We were just in time. Half an hour before closing time they will not take any orders. We ordered our dessert two minutes past, but with a little begging it was still possible ; Better be on time.
