"Au cours du voyage quand vous obtenez Vals vous dites, encore quelques kilomètres en Italie... puis arrêter par papa et nous dire mais alors nous sommes arrivés en Italie !!! "Wonderful experience.The Käse Pizokel had a really good combination of sauce, ingredients and size. The Entrecôte Café de Paris was served at the right temperature, on a hot stone serving. I like mine rare and it's very hard to find a place that understands what rare means! The sauce is delicious and I had to ask for more to finish my fries. So far it was just perfect until you have to decide for the dessert, I went for the walnut cake with vanilla ice cream and it was a big portion and really good one if the best I've had so far in Vals. Seriously recommended!"
