"A nice sober but not cold scenery, an effective welcome that would win in smile but we thought we understood that the person was alone what is not the habit. The dishes are searched, perhaps sometimes even handled with a little too much mix of flavors but it is undeniably fresh, well cooked and well presented. On the menu, there was a cheese, ice or a "real" dessert on that day. No one liked coffee at our table (not ice cream), we were only asked to leave the menu to take a dessert on the map. what we did but the value ratio is not there for us what explains my tripadvisor had a “good” instead of jumping from the “medium” to the “very good”, I would have chosen a “good” for the Appendix."

"I visited this restaurant with my husband, two children and French in-laws and everyone left more than happy. The décor and appearance of the restaurant may make it easy to walk past but the service (I think that there are only about 30 covers) and most the food will make you want to go back as the quality was top notch, the taste amazing (the best pork I have ever tasted), and the surprise menu well worth trying (they check what you don't like first so no nasty surprises). You get the sense that this young team are destined for great things and they would deserve it for their flair, creativity and care they put into their dishes."

"We had a lovely dinner at this quirky 1 star Michelin restaurant in the center of the old town of Vannes. We both took the “Collection Menu” which includes 2 courses and dessert. It’s priced at a very reasonable 55 Euros. We had langoustine, duck...breast, foie gras, and monkfish. There were several amuse bouche and everything was excellent. All the dishes were presented beautifully. The star is well deserved!"
