"Went here because of the good reviews and vicinity to our hotel. This ended up being one our best culinary experiences in Italy. Started off with a bruschetta and prosecco on the house and if this was any indication, we were in for a treat....The bread was fresh and crispy with excellent olive oil and fresh and tasty tomatoes. Usually not a fan of this dish, but if you use the right ingredients anything can taste great. Turned out this starter was a good indication for the rest of the evening. Had 2 different seafood pastas. One with mixed crustaceans and other bit spicy with seafood. Both tasted different, but equally great. Main was a grilled brim and the mixed grill (we went for the seafood side of the menu, so no meats). The brim was ok. Fresh and well cooked, but nothing extraordinary. The mixed grill was unbelievable though. 3 large gamba, 2 langoustine, some fish filets and calamari. Grilled to perfection, but what was most astonishing was the price. This last dish cost 16 euro. All in all, with a wine, bottles of water and a complimentary pasta for the little toddler, we spent 55 euro (60 including well deserved tip). And this combination of great food for such a low price is what makes dining in Italy and in particular this restaurant so great for us, as it will for you. Truly recommended."

"I’ve never been treated so good with my big dog in a restaurant like yesterday at Lombardi’s place. The food is excellent (we chose paula’s creation as starter, as main course pasta with a homemade fish sauce as well as a bbq fish with vegetables) and the lovely staff takes care of your wishes and make sure your dog feels comfortable. We really enjoyed the evening and will return soon."

"I stayed at a dinner with fixed menu at 90 euro. sincerely I recommend not to make dinners so because the difference regarding normal dinner is noticed. I will return but without fixed menu! he did not convince me of the ricotta dish with anchovies and pine nuts, too strong the taste of anchovies that overstepped the dish. great risotto with red shrimp.. also the staff just mouthed with all those people in the room. great idea to put the deejay with after dinner! food: 3 service: 3 atmospheres: 4"

"We discovered this restaurant on our visit to the wild beaches. we actually wanted a bite for a late lunch, but were too late. so we decided to come back for dinner. a few tips: the mixed seafood appetizer was brilliant and enough to share for 2. we shared a pasta and then had a mixed seafood grill. everything was fresh. the desserts were also top. all in all one of the best meals we found here in Viareggio."
