"They have a Sunday special for 25 euros- for that price one can get really fabulous lunches in Provence which was unfortunately not the case. They served 4 starters- a terrine with tiny shrimp in mayonnaise which was OK, beignets of eggplant which were well-cooked but very bland, melon with Serrano ham which was very good, and slices of pissaladiere which were OK. The mains were rabbit (a bit dry) served with small ravioli which tasted awful in a boring sauce, and the same bad ravioli with a very mediocre daube sauce. All very generous portions, just not very good. Then came goat`s cheese in undercooked puff pastry. Desert was a passable creme caramel, and apple pie with undercooked dough which was a complete mush. Service was friendly if not very competent- we were the only 2 customers in the place for quite some time and he couldn`t remember who had ordered what. When we ordered one of the 3 types of red wines by the bottle that were on the menu, he came back empty handed as they had run out- you`d think they would know!"
