"While the staff is very friendly and usually helpful, the food is absolutely terrible, especially for the price. On multiple occasions I have found hairs in food, as well as what appeared to be meat and a piece of bone in a vegetarian dish, which is completely unacceptable. I would not eat here for free on a UTK meal plan."

"Was really hoping to find an Italian restaurant that wasn?t a major chain in the Knoxville area. The servers were amazing and food was out in time. Staff was nice. But honestly the food just isn?t worth it. It was okay. Not great but not horrible. Thefood just didn?t seem that fresh or flavorful. I?ve had better pasta made at home and at other major chains. It wouldn?t hurt togive the place a try but to me it just wasn?t worth it."

"Love Love puerto rican cuisine. My favorite is the el jibarito. So I was super excited to find this place.The flavors were great, but I was disappointed that the el jibarito was on bread and not fried plantains.The papa was very tasty, but wish they would add au jus to add more moisture.They also have a meat stuffed plantain. So good.The pastries are delicious.Pros: Price, super friendly staff, good foodCons: Location, limited seating, el jibarito isn't on plantainsParking: In a strip mallKid-friendliness: Plenty of sweets to make them happyWheelchair accessibility: No large steps to prevent a wheelchair"

"A lot of the same things you can find at other local grocery stores for a lot less. I came here for one specific thing and it took asking 4 people before 1 actually pointed out where to go. The rest just said it should be in some area of the store that didn 't make sense to me, but certainly made sense to them since they work there. Parking is not fun. Not my favorite place to go, but tried it out since Earth Fare is leaving. Won 't be back."

"I love this place! The ice cream is delicious one of the best strawberry milkshakes I have ever had. You even get the left over Ice cream from the milkshake blender cup. The atmosphere is great in an old pharmacy soda fountain building. Service isn't always great/happy but I think that's mainly because it is tired college kids so I try to give them a break. It is a sit down restaurant but you could get it to go."

"We walk in and there is no ac and it is hot in there and i mean unbearably hotthe pork adobo is not pork adobo its pork tenderloin flash fried in oil soy sauce and peppercorn same with the chickenThe beef buson was terrible and the lumpia was bland and tastless and the sweet chili sauce tasted like watered down bottled sweet and sour sauceVegetarian options: They had options with no meat but watching them cook i think the put everything in the same electric woks"

"Decided to go to Cheddars to end a day full of fun and laughter with my 5-year-old daughter with appetizers and dessert! This place never fails me. Had a terrible experience dining out all week. Colin. Our server was Outstanding. He did not cater to me, he catered to my daughter. Servers that interact with the kids are great! Because of the service I gave a 100% tip, I matched the check amount as the tip!. Well done and thank you. The food was great as was the service! I recommend Cheddars on Kingston pike in Knoxville. Manager Tabitha and server Colin!"
