"So die Erklärung, dass ein kleiner Salat und eine Portion Spaghetti, fast zwei Stunden für die Zubereitung dauerten.Die Hölle aber für den Kunden. Im Salat Bootshaus, waren die Zutaten nicht wie beschrieben und in einer Kombination, dass es eher eine Kombination aus Zwiebeln, Oliven und etwas Salat war. Ei fehlte. Auf meine Frage wo dies sei, keine Entschuldigung sondern nur eine liebloser Nachservice.Die Bolognese war dann eher ein Chili Con Carne. Mais In der Bolognese, kaum Sauce, nur gebratenes Hackfleisch, aus dem Supermarkt?, und ein süsslicher Geschmack der auf einem Einsatz von Ketchup schließen lässt. Das zweite Getränk war Schal und abgestanden. Bei der Bezahlung keine Entschudigung. Die Rechung war auch noch falsch. Das zweite Getränk fehlte. Dies hat man dann dankend abkassiert. Wieder kein Danke oder Geste der Entschuldigung.Hier stimmt es nicht, hier wird vor den Gästen auch noch übel über die Schwäche der Aushilfe diskutiert. Der gesamte Service war chaotisch und die Küche in der "Hölle". Ein Kandidat für Hells kitchen."

"Das ehemahlige "Kurgastcafe" hat leider sehr gelitten. Obwohl der Kuchen ganz gut schmeckt hat sich die Bedienung doch sehr zum Nachteil verändert. Als Gast wird man sehr überheblich behandelt und die Preise haben sich fast verdoppelt. Der neue Inhaber hat es wohl nicht nötig, sein Personal anzuleiten freundlich mit den Kunden umzugehen. Da geht man bei der grossen Auswahl in Bad Hersfeld lieber in ein anderes Cafe."

"Short info: Beautiful ambience, very good, attentive service, Bruscetti, Pasta highly recommended, pizzas and salads. At the youngest Italian in Bad Hersfeld you are fed in friendly Mediteranem ambience. The non-overloaded card offers a pleasant selection of Italian and medium-sized cuisine. I recommend to Taglionis, in the hollowed out Parmesan, to have the choice with two different sauces. The saw sauce with pine nuts fits very well. The dish is prepared before guests, seasoned with freshly ground pepper, a very fruity oil and cooked with fresh rockets and tomato cubes. This court is my favorite in Esposito. The pizza comes from the wood stove and convinces with a fresh fruity tomato sauce as a basis for the plentiful coating on a beautiful thin dough. But also salads, meat and fish dishes can be found on the map as well as a good selection of desserts. A very plentiful selection of antipasti is presented in a shop window in front of the counter, as well as the rich wine offering in shelves . The service is very friendly and attentive without influence; the bill is presented discreetly in a small bargain and is also paid, which is particularly pleasant when you have invited.
