"I find the price-performance ratio is definitely right here. I think everyone has to realize that a buffet never comes to an á la carte restaurant. There are various dishes from pasta to pizza, fish and dessert. The staff is a little grim. Nevertheless, I can recommend it, especially at lunchtime."

"This restaurant is something other than typical German food. You can take a break and spend a few extra meters time drinking good wines, eating Tom Kha soup and sushi. There is also a selection of sweet deserts. Service is very good and helpful, prices quite reasonable. Very recommended."

"Came back with the same school group we were here with in the mai, and we had all different things this time. Two of us had the spinatknoedle in a mushroom cream sauce, which turned out to be much too saturating. we both found that it was absolutely delicious, but the 3 spinatballs in the saw with mushroom sauce were much too much for a meal. my spouse had the salmon on Italian rice with pesto, looked good, just like our dish, and tasted good. a friend had a bark with a sweet dish, another three had the scarlet dish with cheese. everyone was happy. great place to sit outside in their covered area and relax. not crowded with great friendly service. Try it out, they will like it. it also has a delicate business that sells sausages and cheeses that are good, but somewhat expensive."

"Often they are here, and it is good, with good tastes that really taste like their names, and while their small size is not great, it is not small. the same price as most in the city, but the aromen are the great attraction, with beautiful servers also."

"Four of us were touring Bamberg. We decided we wanted to stop for a coffeebeerwine and thought that Eulenspiegel looked like a quaint, delightful, German place to do so. Were we ever mistaken! We sat down and studied the German menu none of us speak...German. We asked the surly waiter a couple of questions about the menu the first two times he stopped at our tablewhat is served with the sausages, do you have coffee, that sort of thingtrying to get a feel for what we wanted to order. He finally walked off, got another menu, threw it on the table yes, actually THREW it!, and stalked off! To say we were taken aback is an understatement, but we duly studied the English menu. Our husbands were unhappy enough at that point that they didn't want anything, but my friend and I each ordered a glass of wine. Our surly friend took our order, but came back after almost five minutes to tell us that if we wanted wine, we had to go to the bar, as the tables were for food, then walked off again. Please bear in mind, only two other tables were occupied at the time. One I can't speak to, but the other was with travel companions of ours who were drinking beer! During the time we were waiting, we had conversed with them and they had commented about how rude the waiter was, how they could not get him to serve them. They had home to the bar to place their order and get it. We left at that point and would not recommend the place at all. A thoroughly unpleasant experience in an otherwise lovely town! Note: I cannot provide ratings for food or value since we never received anything, only the extremely poor service"

"Was just here for a dinner date. the Italian was recommended by my business partner. there was an extra dizzy card. also an interesting wine card. as an appetizer we had linguine with truffles. main dish filetsteak with pfeffer sauce and roast potatoes. that was very good and as medium rare as I had ordered. we drank a 2005 brunello. the only small manko was the low grappa selection and the light ignorance of the service."

"We would have liked to have lunch in a characteristic place but too many lines, to eat I don't think so. So we entered in this restaurant, where only the name and the menu are Italian, for the rest the waiter is the classic German...that you expect in the brewery, moreover not very nice, not in a pseudo Italian restaurant. Cannelloni not bad as well as penne all'arrabbiata. There is better, sure, but our time was counted, the trains do not wait for the lines for the restaurants!"
