"I love this little jewel of a place. Had the Brisket Club with potato pancakes, along with Jamie Dodgers (baked fresh) and some nice tea. I spoke of tea there is quite the tea menu that I had Doctor #10 and liked it so much I got to take a box home. The owner and cook (Shirley) is wonderful and has her heart in every dish and wall. Very recommended Can't wait to go back."

"Divey little restaurant with Japanese ramen fare. We had the ramen with chashu, the noodles were nice and chewy. They also give you a lot of noodles so you 'll be full. The takoyaki and the karaage were pretty standard. My friend had the blackberry cannibal to drink it it was so unique, it is labeled as smoothie sour with blackberry and it is in the best way possible. Service was quick, it was Friday and night and they had a DJ."

"Without hesitation, I declare Chill to be my new favorite local hang out spot. It has everything I love the perfect Chianti, small plates, a dark, intimate interior where I'd feel equally comfortable alone as I would with a couple of friends or on a date night with my guy, and a friendly proprietor (who came over to thank me for the photo I snapped: The funny thing is, my brother, who was with us last night, asked me if it reminded me of the bar/cafe that I used to own in Williamsburg and it hit me. Perhaps I felt like I was returning to a familiar place that I once loved like it was my own? The four of us came in around 7:30 pm on a Saturday evening. It was the perfect time to find a highly desirable spot up front by the windows, which also turned out to be a good spot to catch the jazz band starting at 8:30. I could see this area being perfect for a large group gathering because the banquet is so generous and the area is quite spacious. I absolutely love that they put so much care into creating cozy nooks with banquets and tons of pillows everywhere. There's also tables with chairs along the wall, and across from the lengthy bar, that are no less inviting. And the back is just bit darker, even more intimate, allowing for the meetings of spies and lovers alike. It's really all designed quite perfectly. Now can we talk about that delicious homemade hummus? You get to choose a style pesto, sun dried tomato, Greek olive amongst others. We went with the latter and I forgot to to share. In fact we ran out of flat bread and I started to just go at it with the spoon. And I'm not apologizing for it. We also ordered the bean dip which we didn't realize came with cheese, so I didn't eat it but my brother and sister in law said it was excellent. A couple more vegan options on the menu would make me ecstatic because clearly these people make good food! It has taken me roughly 4 months of going out here and there in the Fishkill/Wappingers/Beacon area to get to Chill and I'm kind of kicking myself for taking so long, but I will make up for lost time. You can count on it."
