"Friendly helpful staff and great food. We had a rather large group but hot food was hot cold was cold and everybody was happy. Inside is air conditioned but they also have outdoor tables if you prefer."

"I asked 3 different locals where I could go to have the clean food and would simply be on my western stomach. All three said Hotel Thathagat! I was in India for 2 months and never had 3 people the same answer.... Three nights in a row I ate at Hotel Tathagat, because my stomach was not loose in the first night. The first night just Tandori chicken. It was a sensible part and the protein gave me strength. The second night Chicken Chowmein had excellent taste and full of vegetables. The third night was an Indian vegetable masala dish that was excellent. The restaurant is clean. Indian service not attentive, but will react when called. Location is central. They were ready to serve me in strange hours of the day."
