"Always loved this place. A great and varied menu to suit any occasion... a quick plat du jour lunch to a romantic seafood extravaganza gourmet dinner!! The only let down had been the slightly dated décor.... but no more!! We went for a birthday lunch this week to be greeted by a newly refurbished fresh, modern, bright and classy new look, and as usual, were far from disappointed with our meal! Highly recommended for any occasion!"

"I'm still saying because my last review was in 2011 and we've been regularly lunch since then. if ever, they're even better now. eating is 1st grade and 14€ for 3 courses with decent wein is amazingly valuable. the menu varies. all the time and it is very rare that we see the same twice. not only that, but the cook is more creative than most with the aromes he uses. the bavette we had on the other day was tender and tasty and it was served with a beautiful sweet spicy Asian sauce. Moreover, everything looks beautiful on the teller. The old-fashioned French flair is not the typical French farewell here. desserts are more traditional folk eaters, but the obst planets are very good. and the lemon melisse was the best we ever tasted in france. even the coffee gets five stars from us! we used to have lunch when we were randomly in briancon. Now we're happy to go in to eat here. stephanie is very friendly and running around to make sure everyone in at least 4 different languages we have heard. can they say we love the place??"

"On nous a dit que Briançon a un excellent climat. Nous arrivons vers 14 dans un morne froid et très venteux. Peu de gens dans la rue et nous ne voyons pas un restaurant. Enfin, voici une. Nous nous garons un peu plus loin et nous voyons les trois autres. Heureusement, nous décidons pour la première place. En dehors d'une boîte pleine de livres. Nous entrons et nous accueille une petite pièce (nous découvrons derrière deux autres chambres) avec des tables, des napperons et chaises de différentes couleurs. Une armoire avec de belles boîtes en fer blanc contenant différents types de thé. Les murs de briques profil à la silhouette. Espérons que cela nous donnera quelque chose d'autre. L'hôte, qui je pense est également le chef, nous donnant le menu, nous vous proposons un choix spécial tous les jours entre le poulet et le poisson. Nous choisissons le poisson. Il arrive un grand plat carré avec un excellent risotto aux champignons, peut-être pour les gourmets peu al dente, une bonne partie poissons, la morue pense vraiment bons, les carottes et les petits pois. Une combinaison vraiment savoureux. L'eau filtrée (je ne aime pas beaucoup), une bière et deux cafés = moins de € 32. Après avoir été dans la salle de bains où, disposé sur un mur, je admirais les Saxons gris avec de la chance écrite et je ne ai pas utilisé la seule serviette (propre), nous sommes partis très satisfaits."
