"How about waiting twenty minutes to start with before being able to order with 3 persons staff and far from all tables taken? How about prioritizing customers before cosying behind the counter? I would maybe be less inclined to be negative had not the cafe...belonged to a five star hotel and having hefty prices? If you pay Eur 11 for one macciato, one espresso and a Perrier you expect service, cleanliness, water with your coffee without having to ask. Why two points and not one after this negativism? Because I like the little comfy chairs, the busy surroundings in the middle of the mall, very Monaco."
