"I watched two employees eat ice directly from the shaved iced machine, using their bare hands as bowls. The female employee even helped herself to two kinds of syrup, on the ice, that was in her bare hand. Then, the two proceeded to take and fulfill orders from the drive thru windows, without wearing gloves and without washing or sanitizing their hands disgusting."

"Stopped by for lunch over the weekend. We were promptly seated shortly after arrival. Server was fantastic. Our glass was never empty! As the server went to put my plate on the table, she commented there was something incorrect with it and they had put hash-brown casserole instead of turnip greens on my plate. She quickly made the brought a serving out and all was good. Note I ordered grilled chicken, greens and mashed potatoes; husband ordered sugar cured ham, hash-brown casserole and beans. Generous servings (we didn't eat all of it); Restaurant was clean; Ladies restroom was clean. We paid and went on our way. We love Cracker Barrel!"

"Plenty of meat choices at Scott's. Brisket, shredded pork, baby back ribs, sausage, and chicken. Many choices are available as a sandwich, half or full portion on a plate that includes bread and 2 sides. Sides include macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, potato salad, collard greens and chips. Desserts are lemon icebox pie, fresh fruit cobbler (with ice cream if you wish). Sweet tea, tea, water and sodas are available. There is seating inside, porch side and out side."

"Night Crew don 't want to take orders and just coast until close. Tried to place an order via drive thru and the person on headset interrupted me several times, was curt, and flippant and ultimately made me not want to eat here at all.I ask for a combo, and before I finish speaking, it 's WHADDYAWANNADRINK. I ask to back track and customize my sandwich, and I can almost picture the eyerolling. How dare I have preferences? WHADDYADRINK. I 'll keep that simple? I guess, dang, just a Sprite. And before I add to my sides and snacks, the chick shouts WILLTHATBEALL, between every request. WILLTHATBEALL, WILLTHATBEALL, WILLTHATBEALL?!?!? Y 'all. All I wanted was two plain spicy chicken crystals with cheese, fries, sprite, and a corn dog, and you 'd think I was extra and asking for special treatment. I 'm not one of those No salt, fREsH fries ONLY people, nor am I picky about how my bun is toasted or whatever, just let me finish my thought and show even 2% of hospitality. First time I 've ever lost my temper with food service because I fought in that trench, and I know how miserable it is, especially when it 's near close, and you have a surprise guest ordering $50+ worth of food and you went down to one fryer or something. It sucks, but you don 't take it out on customers.Y 'all 's food isn 't worth having the patience of being shouted at do better, I doubt if/when I 'll give y 'all another try since the last time I ate here was during shift change and my order was messed up top to bottom.TL;DR Drove off and canceled my order because staff are disrespectful and hostile enough to make you forget you want food at all. Just go to the nearest Sonic across the street or make a drive to McDs where the food is cheaper and you can actually get respect."

"I love this store...the only reason I give this a 4 star is because the produce manager of very unfriendly and NEVER smiles or talkes to customers. I offered him a compliment on how I loved the produce department and he didn't even respond....he is weird and makes me feel uncomfortable."
