"Aurellie was marvelous, though I am not sure I have spelled her name right. We came in right at 2pm with a party of 6 and needed to eat and be done for the 3pm theater showing in the museum. She took great care of our party, even though we could not speak much French, she was so accomodating. Food was good and reasonably priced and the dessert was amazing. Its on the sea side of the museum, don't get it confused with the snack bar that is on the backside of it."

"After the early evening drinks we had a small walk and finally settled on the “Bistro Bouche” for our dinner. while the menu looked a little limited, it also looked interesting. so we went in. we were warmly welcomed and quickly sitting. Although the menu...indeed was small, we took time to read it from top to bottom while we cloged our drinks. tony asked for a glass of red that turned out to be merciless, but for his taste had not had enough “bits”. it had an unusual name, “Monsieur Moustache”, but he said, although drinkable it was not unforgettable. the dry white I had also got the same name, but was absolutely delicious. jean asked for a sweeter white and served a “Pauline” that we smiled. it was very much too jeans taste and she was very satisfied with it. we have decided not to have a starter in the hope of saving space for desert. for the main courses jean ordered the salmon fillet, which, when he actually resembled and escalate more than a filet, as it was somewhat flattened before it was slightly picked. jean was concerned that it could be a little “dry” but it turned out that it is beautiful and moist. it was also delicious and soon disappeared. tony went after something called faux filet from bark meat. that was also slightly flattened, but also as delicate and tasty. for me, it was the “Thon mi Cuit”, a slice of fresh thunfish, which had been fried on both sides and served medium-sized. pink in the middle. that preserves the light taste of the fish and was perfect after my taste. all meals were served with a baby leaf salad that was dressed excellently, a cup full of very good “French Pommes” and various sauces. tonys bark had a bowl of pfeffer sauce, jeans was a tomato-based dressing, while on my teller I had the tomato and a light meerrettich sauce. everything was nicely cooked and presented. the silent ruled while we were slapping with gusto. we had starving, only one earthed to lunch. then it was time to read the desert menu again. that was more too full, but tony and I didn't want to miss it. tony ordered the cheesecake with fruit and I ordered the tarte aux pommes. we were in the normandie, the home of the French version of applecake. tony was a bit disappointed by his cheesecake. he is more a traditional and, at this opportunity, instead of a disc on a plate it came in a bowl and seemed to be a deconstructed version. everything was there, everything was delicious, but it was kind of on the head! but my was very traditional. on a plate in front of me was a large disc of apple cake. to complete this disc of the sky, a large dolopp of thicker sawn attractiv was served in a small silver milkchurn. the tar was well built, with thick slices of delicate apples on a thin, delicate baked that melted in the mouth. yummy. we had decided to have our nightcapsule at another place, so we asked for the bill. 1 x pauline sweet white wine. €4.5 1 x moustache red wine €6.5 1 x moustache white wine €6.5 1 x lachs €13.50 1 x Tuna-Schnell €19.50 1 x faux fillet €13.50 1 x tarte aux pommes €6.5 1 x cheesecake fruits €6.5 total €71.80 a very nice dinner we all enjoyed. peter jean."
