"Day trip to Darmstadt. yesterday I made a day trip to Darmstadt with my first dame, and after that we were on the way some time ago and also climbed our favorites and after a bit slow but surely ate. So we were looking for a suitable place, but fast food should not be or should not be, and after some time much of us the braustüberl. we went in and the first impression told us here, we are right, the original set ambiente that we immediately liked very well. the braustüberl has a beer garden, but we decided to take into the dining room, especially as a bit of a ventilator circulates, which was very pleasant. the order for eating and drinks went quickly over the stage, there are on one side 2 daily dishes the choice is changing every day and has fixed prices and they can still order everything from the card. So I decided for the lunch table that contained a delicious pfeffer rahmschnitzel with in-house pommes, my wife chose a flame-cake ara. As drinks we cried a beer 0.5 for me and a large cola 0.5 for my wife. So after some time we served our food and I can say wow, it wasn't just delicious, it was very tasty. and we both were happy fed, I even allowed to help my wife to eat the rest of the flame they like to be sure to be clear. if they ask themselves what costs, I put the bill in the form of a picture for them. the localities are still very clean, but must be overcome over two stages to find not barrier-free, but even in the gas house. so to the good conclusion I can say that we here with everything to be fully satisfied very nice service well eat large environment everything as it should be. of therefore all the stars for the braustüberl here and a recommendation when they come to darmstadt maybe here to return. to the next time their peeti assessment."

"The job led me back into the seat. the visit has confirmed my impressions from pastness. the seat bank fails regularly to its own claims, which, however, does not reflect in the turnover due to the good situation. the service was ok. friendly, but not very attentive, it makes great effort to lure a waiter at their own table. I had a rumpsteak with buzz and bratkartoffeln. I was not asked how I wanted to get this steak and before I could say something about it, the waiter was already divided. in the order my steak was fried and on a side hardboard. a waste of good meat. the beans were crispy and warm, no floor to complain. the bratkartoffeln were little impressive, not crispy, not especially warm, German averaged. whether only the fact that eating is served on great modern flowering white tellers, meets the claim of the upscale kitchen, I dare to doubt. the sitte lives of call and position, with which former more a sad light throws on the claims of the darmstadter than actually a card of quality. brauhausambiente, a little better cherry, friendly waiter. everything in order, but nothing special."

"Fantastic beef fillet with grilled vegetables. Paired with a matching red wine. A pleasure. A little greeting from the kitchen in advance rounds off the feel-good factor. "This used to be a very good Italian restaurant so I was surprised the name is the same but the "theme" has changed - from traditional Italian to "surf'n'turf".Nevertheless, I was not disappointed: the tasting meat menu was finger-licking-delicious and perfectly seasoned. Every type of meat (rib-eye, Irish steak and Kobe beef) was excellent and almost melted in my mouth. The fries with truffle creme were so good...the only thing that did not fit very well was the "wok veggies" as they were to intensive in taste for the meat. The white wine sangria with fruits, the amuse bouche (filet with risotto) as well as the side Caesar salad with home made bread were a great complement. Las not least dessert - it is great to see they have a "sampler" (4 different mini desserts) with white chocolate icecream plus brownie, a fruit sorbet, a champagne brûlée and a peach panacotta...just perfect to round up the meal!Service: very nice and attentive. Ambience: slightly elegant but cozy at the same time. All in all an excellent experience worth repeating!"

"I am bias, because I love Eritrean food, so I have to give this restaurant a big thumbs up! The food was very yummy, prices decent (about EUR 7.50 for a main and 2.50-3 for dessert), and therefore the sizes also perfect to satisfy you without feeling stuffed. Super friendly staff and very accommodating for vegans. Also a very nice atmosphere."

"Went there on a Saturday night. Nice weather so everyone was outside. Inside was totally empty. This place runs on Greek time so everything was slow. Wait to get menus, drinks, food, bill, pay...food was nothing special. Had better in the smallest German towns. Mostly over cooked and without much pride. Also they don’t do family platters for four which is weird."
