"Friendly help ful staff. Good variety of meals to choose from. Difficult to decide which one. I had the chicken with noodles,chips and curry sauce. Another meal was the chips, chicken, gravy and peas which was lovely."

"We sat down for a meal in Austins, we ordered Fish chips, Battered Sausages chips a large pot of Tea. The girl bought us a very small pot of Tea, and I asked her was it for both of us, she replied that was the only Teapot available and when she had a bigger one, she would exchange it. On inspection there was One teabag in the pot, and we got 2 small cups of tea from it. The food arrived and the Fish chips was okay, but the battered sausages were burnt beyond able to eat them, I told the girl, and her reply was ' Well I didn 't cook them, and laughed and walked away. As I was very hungry I attempted to eat the sausages but scratched the inside of my mouth so badly I had to give up. My husband asked for our replacement pot of tea, and was told she would get it. After 10 minutes of waiting we gave up and went to the till. I took the sausages with me, and the Girl quite rudely said, ' we weren 't going to charge for them anyway '. She told me the Bill was £6.90 for Fish chips, £1,90 for the Pot of tea with 1 tea bag. and and £3.00 for the chips. I asked her she could charge £1,90 for 1 tea bag and she told me ' that she didn 't make the prices '. Needless to say a terrible experience all round, we will NOT be back and will tell all friends and neighbours of this experience."

"We visited as a family for a birthday dinner. The staff are amazing and so attentive. I needed help with gluten free options and the waitress told me with ease which dishes suited and even checked with the kitchen and they changed the halloumi starter...to be gluten free. This is so refreshing I felt like I had so many choices. The food came and it was fresh and delicious. Everyone enjoyed the meal in lovely surroundings. Highly recommend Ellies as a place to eat when in dungannon."

"We had a specially prepared Starter Platter for our table of ten. This was thoroughly enjoyed by all; it proved to be a hit with some who didn 't want too filling an individual starter . Everyone enjoyed their main course although there was around a ten minute gap from the first person to be served to the last one. Only one waitress and perhaps not enough help in the kitchen. However, everyone enjoyed their meal. Desserts were delicious and all were served promptly. Decor as before but perhaps getting a little tired . Seating was very comfortable if a little crushed for ten people. However I was very surprised to find that the gents ' toilet bowl had no seat and the hand drying paper dispenser was empty. The toilet area was clean but a little cramped; only one gents ' toilet for a fairly large restaurant. However there was no queue, as the restaurant wasn 't very busy. The waitress was friendly and helpful if a little overworked . We had a very successful 21st Birthday Party and we wouldn 't have chosen anywhere else. We will come again. (Hopefully the gents ' toilet will have been repaired)."
