"꼭 가보셔야 합니다. 지역 주민들에게 아주 유명한 곳입니다.저는 가면 꼭 파차망까를 먹어요. 감자와 고기, 아바스라는 콩, 옥수수떡같은 음식이 들어있는 음식인데 아주 맛있습니다. 불을 피워서 돌을 달군다음 그 위에 여러 가지 음식재료를 올리고, 향이 나는 식물과 흙, 돌을 덮고 다시 열이 빠져 나가지 못하게 천 등으로 감싼 다음 익기를 기다렸다가 꺼내 먹는 것이지요. 전통 음식들이 맛볼 수 있는 곳입니다. 친한 친구들이 오면 초대하기에도 좋아요. 가격대는 20~30솔 정도면 됩니다. 파차망카는 선택할 수 는 고기의 가짓수가 3가지인데 이에 따라 가격이 달라지지요.치차 데 호라는 옥수수로 담근 음료인데, 우리나라의 옥수수로 만든 술과 비슷합니다. 제가 아주 좋아하는 술입니다. 우안까요에 가신다면 꼭 들러보시길 추천합니다."
