"For a little neighborhood restaurant, Villa Mozart can compete with the best of downtown DC. I loved my tuna tartare, which tasted fresh and had a hint of sesame oil. My rack of lamb was exquisite. Three large chops were coated in parmesan and flawlessly prepared, rare, juicy and tender. It was easy the best rack of lamb I have ever eaten . It was served on a crunchy race-cake bed, similar to the prized rice at the bottom of a Chinese rice cooker but better. The silken puree of green peas was so delectable I wished there 'd been more. The only negative was the basil sponge that accompanied a richly chocolate mousse. Both the texture and flavor of the sponge was like putting dandelion fluff in your mouth. I 'd have preferred more mousse and no sponge. This is definitely a restaurant I will recommend to others."

"This is a cozy shop with a cafe inside. I really liked the service. The attentive lady at the checkout told us about everything they have in the cafe. I really liked the Olivier salad (they call it Stolichniy , as well as eclairs. The only thing that is strange is that there are no price tags on the goods. But anyway we will definitely come back there again."

"The sweet Ileana was our server we love her. I definitely like the al carbon chicken and steak tacos! Also absolutely love their homemade spicy salsa and we tried the churros with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. So delicious this was our first time and wewill definitely be back!"

"What a pleasant surprise! A full menu of paninis, shakes, sweet and savory Crepe options, or you can customize! I think this place is worth checking. I got the vegan chicken parm Panini as well as a s'mores crepe and I thought both were good, especially when they were hot and fresh! The only thing I would say is that, as it cools, the vegan crepe becomes a little hard."

"This place is a gem. The menu is extensive, but the staff is very friendly and will help you pick something out. There are a lot of unique menu items to try. I kept it classic and went with a simple breakfast sandwich and it was perfect. The muffins are also a must to try."

"Their food is so delicious, always made to perfection. Many great options. I usually get the bacon, egg cheese croissant and add avocado tomato. It's such a large portion and simply delicious breakfast for a very reasonable price. Their service is always quick, accurate and efficient and their cafe is so cute."

"This place has a lot of potential. I had nachos which were good. The bartenders were very nice, but only attentive to their other coworkers and locals. I had to wait for beers and to order. There were many people working, just not attentive. When they were engaged, they were friendly. I talked with a couple of locals and they said the bartenders talk too much with their friends and coworkers and are sometimes not very responsive. I would have given 3 stars, but the locals were nice, the place was clean and the food was decent. They just need a more experienced waitstaff. If they were attentive, I would have had 3 or 4 more beers, as I walked over from my hotel. Instead, I grabbed an Uber and went to another place that wanted my business. This place is still worth visiting, just be patient. At my older age, I have lost some over time "
