"Today I picked up a family pack around 8.45 pm. Within the past 6 days, this is my second family pak pick up or take out. The lady was kind enough to accommodate my request for extra raita. However I am finding rice portion is disproportionately high compared with chicken portions. Also the chicken pieces I got are not the best ones. They are below average. I know this is a harsh commentary. However my goal is for you to keep up the quality you are known for. If you need to increase the cost from 28$ and make it 35$ for example for a family pak, you will not lose customers loyal to you. But if you continue to serve sub standard chicken pieces and compensate for lack of chicken quantity by extra rice portion, slowly you will start losing your customer base."

"We attended birthday party. When the food was served they bring out the mastacioli first after few minutes they bring out the rest of the food family style to my surprise they bring out mixed salad but the waitress took already the plate for the salad. No organization in serving the food. Meal type: Other Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3"

"Julie, is such a nice waiter/cashier love her attitude when you first walk in. The food here is phenomenal and I would recommend this restaurant a 7 x 5 plus another 5 I've been coming here for some time now and I honestly think they are better then anybody else in Chicago when it comes to Mexican food. "Met my cousin for a lunch. The power was out (no fault of theirs) so they sat us in the only room with natural light. We were assured they Could cook food with backup generator. Tables and menus were sticky. Waiter did not offer bread to us. Said the soup was minestrone which sounded good. There were no specials. Ordered a salad and a cup of the soup. He returned and said they were out and the soup was bean soup (yuck)! There was another loud couple in the room with natural light and that was it. We had a good time catching up despite the average quality of food and average service for an above average price for lunch. I would pass on this place."
