"Service was phenomenal! They were very attentive and made sure to change our plates often. Good wise I would say it's a little better than what I've had in the states but not that much better. The abalone sauce was a little on the salty side for me."

"Your typical neighbourhood HK style bakery. The items here are all generic, but taste pretty standard for what you'd expect."

"Cool experience where you can steam, BBQ and boil food. The food is not the freshest, but it's not the worst. Good variety for the price you pay. Service is what you would expect at an AYCE, if you expect good service at AYCE, go somewhere else. All in all it's a solid hotpot place, not the best but certainly not the worst."

"It was raining outside at about 4:30, so I decided to come to the store with my daughter to eat cake. When I walked in, I told my daughter to wipe the soles of her shoes on the doormat, because we didn 't want to bother the store. At that time, there was a young lady in white clothes standing at the counter. She glanced at us and continued working on her business without saying anything. I asked the first question: Can I use Apple Pay? She looked at me with a look on her face. He nodded blankly. After I showed my daughter the cake, I wanted her to go to the bathroom first, so I asked my little sister if there was a bathroom inside? She looked at me still confused and didn 't understand what I was saying. I thought she couldn 't understand Chinese, so I asked again in English. She replied that there was one in it, and she looked at it with a confused and frowning expression the whole time. Holding me. After we selected the cakes, I asked her to order cakes in English, but she replied in Chinese which one I wanted (it turned out that she understood Chinese). Then because I was afraid that I wouldn’t be able to finish the cake, I wanted to pack it in a box and eat it while sitting here, so that I wouldn’t have to bother them with changing from the plate to the box (we had already put our coats and bags on the chairs on the windowsill at that time) She glanced at it with a confused look on her face, as if she was reluctant, and after a while she said to me: Then don 't stain our tablecloth. At this time, because she had ignored our attitude before, I asked her, Excuse me, what is your attitude now? From the moment we entered the door, you seemed not to see us. Then I asked you questions in Chinese, you You ignored me and didn’t seem to understand. I asked you in English, but you replied to me in Chinese. I really don’t know what language I can use to communicate with you.”Then this little sister started to smile and said, Oh, I didn 't notice, I thought you spoke Cantonese. (Mandarin and Cantonese are very different, okay?)Then I asked her, Normally we don 't get tablecloths. What do you mean? She began to explain that a customer had stained the tablecloth because of the plastic paper inside the cake.First of all, if you open a dessert shop with seats today, you must expect that the customers who come in may risk soiling the tablecloth, and no customer will deliberately want to soil the tablecloth. Secondly, I think you really care about the tablecloth. If you are tidy, you can remind the guests tactfully in your attitude, instead of directly saying Please don 't soil our tablecloth (can I reasonably feel that because I have a child, I don 't deserve to eat here?)I don’t know if she looked down on people with wet children, so she didn’t say a word of greeting when they came in. She was nice and polite to the guests who came in after me to pick up cakes, but she didn’t seem to pay attention to us at all. Then I disliked the attitude that I would stain the tablecloth. I really felt that such a store did not respect the customers at all. I would not come here for a third time. I chose to come here this time because my children liked it very much and it was the first time I came here. The lady at the counter was very nice when I came here once, but the second time I came here today, the experience made me very uncomfortable and really bad."

"Matcha Crepe cake is awesome! It is not too sweet, and with a strong flavor of matcha. If you are a matcha lover, you must have a try! The only problem is that the room is too crowded."

"One of the best ramen in Richmond, BC. The soup base is very rich and thick. If you have been Japan and tried Ramen in Japan, you will find the similar taste of it."
